Ampoule liquid filling linkage line

The ampoule liquid filling linkage line, which consists of QCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, KSZ tunnel hot air circulation sterilization oven and AGF series ampoule filling and sealing machine, is suitable for the production of 1-20ml ampoule water injection. It can be combined into a linkage line or used independently. Its compact design and flexible performance, as well as its good matching with different equipment, have won it high praise from pharmaceutical companies around the world.

Process introduction
The whole line is divided into three working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilization, and filling and sealing. During linkage production, more than 20 processes can be completed, including spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, robot clamping bottle, turning bottle, flushing (inside and outside the bottle), flushing (inside and outside the bottle), preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling, (front inflation), filling, (back inflation), preheating, and sealing. It is mainly used for the production of small-volume injections in the injection workshop of pharmaceutical factories. The universal type can be used for the multifunctional production of both ampoule injections and antibiotic bottle injections.
